2-Night Stay Required
Deposit
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Additional Fees
There are none. But if you'd like daily cleaning, we can add it for $25/day or $40 for a mid-week cleaning. Otherwise, we'll change out the towels every few days, leave you alone to enjoy yourselves, and clean when you leave - at no additional cost to you.
Last Minute Discounts
If you suddenly find yourself with a free weekend and would like to come to Pinehurst, give us a call. If we have availability, we'll give you a discounted rate on your rental.
